This wine undergoes 14 months’ ageing in new American oak casks and 9 months maturing in bottles before it is marketed.
Very dark crimson in colour. Spicy notes and black fruit aroma, reminiscent of undergrowth. Light and velvety mouth-feel. It has a great deal of personality and a pleasant aftertaste.
It pairs perfectly with lamb chops, stone-roasted meat, pâtés, meat stews and game.
