Beverage made using natural alcohols; colourless and dry. Obtained by distilling macerated green aniseed (Pimpinella anisum L.) with added sugars, controlling the characteristic taste of this fruit in the final product.
Colourless and brilliant. Dry anisette produced by double distillation of the natural aniseed and alcohol from the agricultural product. Persistent aftertaste which is characteristic of aniseed, aromatic herbs and spices.
